Have you Heard???

The National Institute of Health dropped a paper yesterday noting the benefit of certain forms of complementary or alternative wellness approaches! Acupuncture, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, herbs and other alternative methods are being touted to assist with the impact of chronic pain. Chronic pain includes general pain, osteoarthritis, IBS, fibromyalgia and even with opioid addiction treatment.

Many of these practitioners have known for many years how beneficial these modalities are in the treatment of chronic pain, but it is great to see this in writing from this group. It validates the importance of holistic health care!
