A great breakfast dish is a poached egg over avocado toast. If you use organic eggs and avocado even better. This is one of my favorite breakfasts and I use Dave’s Killer Bread - thin sliced Sprouted Whole Grain for my toast. This bread has only 3 grams of sugar. I smash my avocado with Mrs Dash Salt Free Herb with Garlic seasoning for a delicious breakfast!
