Are you over 40 and feeling the effects of aging? Let's bust that myth together. Just because we are aging does not mean that we have to live with chronic pain and be resigned to a life of front porch rocking chairs. Don't get me wrong - I love to sit on my front porch in the swing and watch the wildlife around the pond, but that is not ALL I want to do.
So many feel that as they age they are no longer able to do certain things and this is simply not the truth. Have you visited your physician and told them of a chronic illness or something going on with your health to receive a comment of "Well, that is a part of aging". Not true my friend. Now don't blame your physician - they are doing their job to fix what is "ailing" you today. If you have one or more chronic illnesses (which according to recent studies most adults 40 and over do) there are things you can do to increase your healthspan.
We are all about longevity and quality of life at Neighborhood Wellness. We cannot diagnose your issue or prescribe medication, meal plans or exercise plans but what we can do is work one on one with you - alongside your physician to help you increase your healthspan. We do this as health coaches who meet one on one with you to discuss where you are today, where you'd like to be and a plan to get you there.
I will be sitting for the National Board Certification Exam soon and as a gift to the first seven people to click on the Book Now button and schedule a Health Coach Assessment - you will receive six FREE health coaching sessions (a value of $300.00) to help me get more practice in while preparing for the Exam.
